Recognising creative talent in the Pacific Island diaspora

Photography October 29, 2009

Photography. What is it? A tool for capturing the moment of truth? Well… that’s debatable. Finding photographers from Pacific Island backgrounds or photographers working within Pacific Island communities has proved harder than thought, so I would like to take this opportunity in the early stages of Pacific Docs’ to make a call out to all Poly-Pacific photographers, photojournalists, documentary photographers and photo media artists to please contact Pacific Docs if you are interested in being featured on this site, and help promote the creative and visual talents of the Pacific peoples.
